People commonly use the Tibetan singing bowls, or Himalayan singing bowls, for meditation, spiritual purposes, and healing. These resonating bowls, also known as singing bowls, produce harmonic sounds and vibrations when a mallet strikes or rubs them.
Many people believe that these sounds calm the mind, deepen relaxation, and balance well-being. The artisans create these bowls using a mixture of metals in different sizes to produce different frequencies. They could apply in sound treatment, mindfulness meditation, or energy cleansing.
