To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure all returns are postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. The returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return.
