Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days from receipt, or as per the lead time mentioned on the website for specific products. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Sundays or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, there might be slight delays in shipments. If your delivery is significantly delayed, we’ll contact you via email or phone. If you have urgent shipping requirements to meet a deadline, please inform us in advance.
We offer free shipping for all items. Orders above US$ 100 will be shipped via UPS/Fedex/DHL. However, if you request a different carrier, we can arrange that. For orders below US$ 100, we use Registered Air Mail for shipping.
The standard delivery period to destinations in the US, Europe, and Australia is usually 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame due to unexpected circumstances like customs clearance delays or flight delays.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing the tracking number. The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
Regarding customs clearance, the carrier will handle all the necessary formalities for delivery to your doorstep. However, any customs duties or taxes imposed after shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
If any items in your order arrive damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with the order details. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection by the insurance company.
In the event of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we’ll make every effort to validate and update it if possible. However, if we can’t verify or update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect shipping addresses that cannot be rectified.
If your shipment is reported as delivered by the carrier, but you haven’t received it, please inform us promptly. We’ll initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and involve local law enforcement if necessary. Once the investigation is complete, we’ll replace or refund your order.
