All orders for our Tibetan singing bowls are packaged and shipped within 3 business days, as we understand how eagerly our customers anticipate their arrival. The estimated delivery time and carrier used for shipping varies depending on the destination:
- Shipping within the USA includes tracking and takes 3-5 business days.
- Shipping outside the USA includes tracking and takes 9-22 business days.
All orders are shipped from Nepal via a network of carriers that includes FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, and others. The selection of carrier for each order is based on multiple factors, and we regret to inform our customers that we cannot disclose this information in advance.
Please note that customs fees will not be charged for handmade products from Nepal when shipping to the USA or Europe. However, customers shipping to other destinations should check with their local customs office before placing an order to determine if any additional customs costs apply.
